Our customers have to agree to rent a wireless mobile phone device and/or GSM Global SIM card, from PicCell Wireless. The scope of this contract authorizes the primary user, if there is one, and the customer to use the SIM card on all GSM networks, with the exception of networks in the U.S. all around the world, independent of the home service region of the SIM.

All payments of relative wireless mobile phone calls, handling and shipping costs, roaming fees, and subscription costs incurred made by the Customer with his/her wireless mobile phone and SIM card will be managed by PicCell. There isn’t any relationship between the relative SIM Company and the customer. The agreement and all traffic, daily fees, and relative charges will start on the day that the wireless PicCell rental equipment(s) are shipped and will end once all outstanding charges have been fully paid. The wireless PicCell mobile phone service will begin on the day that the wireless PicCell rental equipment(s) is shipped and will be stopped on the day the rental equipment(s) are returned to PicCell. All Customer information required during the online ordering process or on the PicCell registration must be complete and accurate.

Termination of this agreement by PicCell including the application of all termination fees and termination of the wireless mobile phone service may result if any of the information is determined to be incompletes or inaccurate. PicCell has the right to cancel any current customer orders and refuse service to anybody. Periodically, these terms and conditions might change. PicCell will post the most current version of these terms and conditions on an appropriate location, such as the wireless’ company’s website at PicCell Wireless.com. In order to remain current on any changes, it is recommended that the Customer is regularly check the current terms and conditions.

Customer Obligations

The customer is obligated to return the wireless PicCell rental equipment(s), and assigned accessories, such as the charger and/or adapter, camera, battery, case, and/or, the SIM card. At the time of the order of the wireless PicCell rental equipment(s), the customer chooses the restitution date. PicCell has the right to obtain reimbursement for an amount that is that same as the replacement costs, as determined by PicCell, should the customer fail to return all material within 30 days following the indicated restitution date. The replacement costs are also applicable to stolen or lost wireless PicCell equipment(s).

PicCell has the right to charge the customer $50 in addition to any other outstanding charges that are made to the SIM, should the customer returns the rental equipment(s) early once the contract has started if the contract is for more than 30 days. Should the customer return the wireless PicCell rental equipment(s) over ten days after the restitution date, PicCell can charge the customer $2 per day in addition to any other outstanding charges made to the SIM.

PicCell also has the right to deactivate the wireless PicCell mobile phone service and terminate the contract, should the customer fail to return the wireless rental equipment(s) 30 days after the indicated restitution date and charge the customer for the failure to return the wireless PicCell rental equipments(s). PicCell also has the right to charge the customer fir the replacement costs for any wireless PicCell rental equipment(s) that are damaged and not covered under the Proper Use Damage clause of the contract.

The wireless PicCell rental equipment(s) must be personally returned or shipped by the customer to the address for PicCell during normal office hours. Until they are returned to PicCell, the customer is responsible for the wireless PicCell rental equipment(s). Until PicCell receives the returned SIM, the customer is responsible any fraudulent traffic made by the SIM. Until they are received by PicCell the customer is also responsible for any customs charges with regard to the shipment of the wireless PicCell rental equipment(s).

PicCell has the right to charge the customer a $50.00 penalty for non-usage as and terminate the contract, as well as replacement charges if no charges are made to the SIM for any period of 30 days or greater or if the wireless PicCell equipment(s) are not returned within 10 days of termination PicCell has the right to restrict or end the customer’s wireless mobile phone service or this agreement without notice if the Customer:

(1) has overdue charges for greater than 30 days;
(2) makes false statement(s) to PicCell;
(3) interferes with business operations, such as customer service;
(4) goes bankrupt or becomes insolvent;
(5) breaches any part of this agreement;
(6) the customer’s credit card information can’t be verified;
(7) the wireless mobile phone service is believed to be used by anybody for unlawful activity, resold, or misused;
(8) the rental wireless equipment(s), such as the SIM card or the wireless mobile phone are believed to have been tampered with or stolen; or
(9) other customers are adversely affected by the use of the wireless mobile phone service.
Data plans are only designed for use with tablets, basic, mobile phones, or smartphones.

Standalone mobile hotspot devices and laptop connection cards can be used only if the data plan that explicitly allows these applications and the wireless mobile phone device is issued by PicCell Data plans aren’t to be used in VOIP applications. PicCell reserves the right to terminate the customer’s wireless data plan without or with cause, or limitation, for reasons including, but not limited to when the customer has exceeded the fair usage limit as determined by PicCell, downloaded large files, has multiple user connections, has protracted video streaming, or has excessive use of data.
