The wireless customer will be assigned a wireless phone number. Only one wireless mobile phone device can use this number. The customer doesn’t have any property rights of the PIN or wireless mobile phone number. Wireless mobile phone numbers may reassigned or changed. However, the customer can’t eliminate or change the wireless mobile phone number. The caller identification number assigned to the customer may be transmitted to certain other numbers, public safety officials, or customer service without notice. PicCell doesn’t guarantee security on the customer’s wireless mobile phone device. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the usage complies with the customer or the customer’s company’s internal IT and security procedures, if the customer uses the wireless mobile phone device is to access sensitive or company information or emails.
It is absolutely forbidden to substitute or remove, even temporarily, the assigned SIM card, or to use the wireless mobile phone, even temporarily, with another non-PicCell SIM card. The customer isn’t allowed to lend or rent the wireless mobile phone, even temporarily, to a third party for any purpose or reason. Even if made by a third party, during the service agreement, the customer is responsible for all traffic made to the SIM. The customer will be charged a $50.00 fee in the event that the SIM card is blocked in any way.
The theft or loss of any of the rental equipment(s) that includes the SIM card and the wireless mobile phone must be reported immediately online at the PicCell Wireless website at Piccellwireless.com in the My PicCell section. This must be done to avoid additional charges by disabling the SIM/wireless mobile phone. There is a nonrefundable $50 charge for blocking the SIM card/wireless mobile phone. The credit card holder, primary user, or customer can reactivate or block the SIM/wireless mobile by speaking to a customer care representative during normal business hours.
The customer must go to the local police station a file a report in the event of a theft or loss, a copy of which must be presented to PicCell Wireless by the customer. The customer will have the right to the immediate substitution of the wireless PicCell rental equipment(s) only with the presentation of a copy of this police report to PicCell. Depending on the procedures of the individual SIM card service provider, the substitution with the current wireless number may take as long as 30 days. Reactivation and deactivation of the SIM cards are requested by PicCell although the actual reactivation and deactivation times for wireless PicCell mobile phone service can’t be controlled or guaranteed by PicCell.
The customer will be charged for the cost of the missing rental wireless PicCell equipment(s) in accordance with the official PicCell price list. The payment of all eventual wireless mobile phone traffic by third parties which occurred as the result of the loss or theft the wireless will be paid by the customer. PicCell rental equipment(s). It should be noted that an email or a voice message isn’t a valid method of blocking the SIM/wireless mobile phone because it may not be taken care of immediately.
PicCell Acceptable Payment Methods
Usually, billing by PicCell is accomplished monthly and each bill will be debited from the credit card that was provided. Debit cards aren’t an acceptable form of payment. PicCell disclaims any and all liability for any damages incurred by the customer as a result of using a debit card, including, but not limited to, nonsufficient fund charges. Usually, traffic charges are billed during the month once the traffic has been made. The customer is responsible for all charges, traffic, and calls that are billed to the wireless mobile phone number assigned, regardless if the customer was the user of the wireless mobile phone or intended to make the connection or the call. PicCell reserves the right to bill for wireless mobile phone service at its discretion. The customer may be charged after the end of or before the start of the agreement for any wireless mobile phone charges or traffic during the duration of the agreement.
Within the local country or home service area of the SIM, national rates are provided for most call kinds of wireless mobile phone calls. PicCell can changes these national rates with 15 days advance notice. Wireless PicCell mobile phone calls for all service destinations/countries will be rounded up to the next minute. Data sessions are rounded up as defined in the rates and information section of the particular service or a minimum of the nearest 10KB. Roaming rates are subject to change at any time without notice and aren’t guaranteed for wireless mobile phone calls outside of the home service area. Charges may be debited to the customer’s credit card at any time. Depending on the official currency used in the home service area of the SIM card, wireless mobile phone traffic is calculated in British Pounds, Euros or other local currency and billed in US Dollars.
PicCell has the right to select the exchange rate at its discretion. Currently, PicCell calculates the exchange rate at the wholesale rate plus an additional percentage determined by PicCell. The customer will be subject to a fee of a 1.5% per month on the total outstanding balance if for any reason the credit card can’t be charged within 10 days of notification and/or receipt of the bill. Any late payment fee will not exceed the highest lawful rate.
